What’s new

Version 4.5 for iPhone and iPad · Version 1.1 for Android · November 2026

You asked, we built it. Most of this came from a review or an email, so thank you.

Your balance is back

The period’s balance sits under the main card on Home. Tap it and Look ahead to where you’ll be on any date, with the lowest point on the way.

What you can spend a day

Tap Left to spend on Home to see it for a day or for this week.

Bills on their real day

Pick the day when you add or edit a bill (Plan → Bills). It still counts from the start of the period, so what’s left stays honest.

Twice a month

Budgets can run from the 1st and the 15th, as well as monthly from your payday, weekly, fortnightly or every 4 weeks. Household → Settings → Budget period.

A recap at the end of every period

A short card on Home when a new period starts, and your year in review.

Share with a link

Household → Share this budget sends a link. Your partner taps it and joins, no email needed first. The code still works too.

Reminders, if you want them

A gentle reminder if you forget to add, bills due, a new period and a weekly check-in. All optional, in Household → Settings → Notifications. The app only asks for permission once you choose one.

Notes that remember

Type a note you’ve used before and its category is picked for you.

Lock and shortcuts

Lock the app with Face ID on iPhone and iPad, or your fingerprint or face on Android. Add an expense with Siri and Shortcuts on iPhone, or touch and hold the app icon on Android.

Easier to read

Larger Text and VoiceOver on iPhone and iPad, and many fixes on both.
